This induces the TOC to display "II." followed by a dot leader up to the page number. II.4Ī somewhat crude workaround is to add, say, 6 dots (periods or full stops) to the heading:īut have these dots printed in white ink so that they do not show in the heading but will show (unfortunately) in the TOC. Whereas the first usage of Heading 5 style displays ok in the TOC, the second usage of Heading 5 displays without the dot leaders and with the page number close, but not very close, to the heading itself which, in actuality, is short, namely, the 2 letters: I noticed this in a document where I have a sequence of headings each separated by a blank line (which is probably an incidental fact): A new window appears to the right, deselect X and Y Value. Press with right mouse button on on any dot again and press with left mouse button on 'Format Data Labels'. Press with right mouse button on on a chart dot and press with left mouse button on on 'Add Data Labels'. Also, LibreOffice also shows this problem. Press with left mouse button on the 'scatter' button. A third problem (just discovered) is when a heading appears to be "too short" and this stops the correct displaying of the dot leader in the respective TOC entry.
